2017’s newly transformed Miley Cyrus took her newest era of music to the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday (May 21), where she delivered a gorgeous rendition of “Malibu,” the lead single from her as-yet-untitled album, with introductions by her father, Billy Ray, and little sister, Noah.
